All our baking mixes are vegan. Although our recipes call for eggs and milk, they can be tailored to fit a vegan diet with substitutions such as flaxseed for eggs, almond and coconut milk.
To replace one egg you can use the following: 1/4 cup of applesauce = 1 egg OR 1 tbsp flax seeds + 2.5 tsp hot water = 1 egg
To replace butter you can use the following: vegan "butter" or use coconut oil: 1:1 ratio
To replace milk you can use the following: milk --> vegan friendly milk replacement = 1:1 ratio We recommend following the directions on our packaging as results may vary when substitutions are made.
